		<description>Very useful application.
Another very useful pdf application for forms
is providing an opt-in form to an autoresponder
service i.e., awber.com for newsletter subscriptions.
May such newsletter subscriptions services running secure scripts be used in a pdf form?
How would this application best be made into a pdf form?
They provide 3 methods for the form on an html page, javascript, html code and sending email to a list email address.

Any help would be very appreciated.
